Finland's largest and most populated metropolis, the maritime town of Helsinki boasts varied architecture, a lively cafe culture, and plethora of picturesque natural delights.
Step out of Helsinki to go to Espoo and see Nuuksio National Park, which is approximately 48 minutes away. There's lots more to do: explore the historical opulence of Sea Fortress Suomenlinna, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Temppeliaukio Church, don't miss a visit to Senate Square, and admire the landmark architecture of Helsinki Central Railway Station.

Atlanta, USA to Helsinki is an approximately 15-hour flight. The time zone changes from Eastern Standard Time (EST) to Eastern European Standard Time (EET), which is usually a 7 hour difference. Kotka is a city and municipality of Finland.Kotka is located on the coast of the Gulf of Finland at the mouth of Kymi River and it is part of the Kymenlaakso region in southern Finland. Venture out of the city with trips to Arboretum Mustila (in Elimaki) and Repovesi National Park (in Kouvola). There's much more to do: stroll around Riverside Park, admire the natural beauty at Sapokka Water Garden, have fun at Katariina Seaside Park, and take in the pleasant sights at Linden Esplanade.

An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.

Outdoor pursuits--ranging from cross-country skiing and snowmobiling to reindeer safaris and chasing Northern Lights--draw the largest number of tourists to Saariselka.
On the 5th (Sun), fly down the slopes at Urho Kekkonen National Park, get in on the family fun at Angry Birds Activity Park, and then stop by Hippupuoti Gift Shop. On the 6th (Mon), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: wander the wide-open spaces of Saariselka Reindeer Farm and then trek along Ruijanpolku Trail.
