Finland's third largest city, Tampere boasts an array of cultural offerings and a lively music scene.
Kick off your visit on the 12th (Thu): see the sky in a new way at Sarkanniemi Theme Park. On the 13th (Fri), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: take in the spiritual surroundings of Tampere Cathedral, see the interesting displays at Vapriikin Museokeskus, then make a trip to Nasinneula Tower, then take in the architecture and atmosphere at Aleksanterin Kirkko, and finally take in panoramic vistas at Pyynikki Park and Observation Tower.
