Official Hometown of Santa Claus

An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
On the 26th (Wed), see the interesting displays at Christmas House Santa, don't miss a visit to Santa Claus Village, then pause for some serene contemplation at Rovaniemi Church, and finally make a trip to Lordi's Square. On the 27th (Thu), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: find something for the whole family at Moomin Snowcastle, see Santa Claus Office, Head underground at Syvasenvaara Fell, then get engrossed in the history at Arktikum, and finally get curious at Pilke Science Centre.
