Finland's largest and most popular ski resort, the fell of Levi provides excellent slopes and lively nightlife in an enchanting setting.
Start off your visit on the 20th (Fri): surround yourself with nature on a nature and wildlife tour, join the crowd at Icekarting Levi, and then look for gifts at Elan Ski Shop & Rental. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 21st (Sat): grab your bike and head to Levi Ski Resort.

Helsinki to Levi is an approximately 3-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of train and bus. Traveling from Helsinki in November, things will get a bit cooler in Levi: highs are around -3°C and lows about -11°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 21st (Sat) to allow time to drive to Rovaniemi.

Official Hometown of Santa Claus

An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Start off your visit on the 22nd (Sun): get engrossed in the history at Arktikum, then get in on the family fun at SantaPark - the Home Cavern of Santa Claus, and then don't miss a visit to Lordi's Square. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: look for all kinds of wild species at Wildlife Areas, get in on the family fun at Moomin Snowcastle, then see Santa Claus Office, and finally make a trip to Santa Claus Village.

You can drive from Levi to Rovaniemi in 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus. In November, plan for daily highs up to -2°C, and evening lows to -7°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 23rd (Mon) early enough to fly back home.
