Finland's largest and most popular ski resort, the fell of Levi provides excellent slopes and lively nightlife in an enchanting setting.
Kick off your visit on the 31st (Mon): join the crowd at Icekarting Levi and then fly down the slopes at Kids' Land.

An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Kick off your visit on the 1st (Tue): take an in-depth tour of Arktikum, see exotic creatures in open habitats at a safari tour, and then don't miss a visit to Santa Claus Village. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 2nd (Wed): don't miss a visit to Lordi's Square, get in on the family fun at SantaPark - the Home Cavern of Santa Claus, then see Santa Claus Office, and finally take in the architecture and atmosphere at Rovaniemi Church.

You can drive from Levi to Rovaniemi in 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus. Expect a daytime high around -6°C in December, and nighttime lows around -13°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 2nd (Wed) early enough to travel back home.
