An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
On the 18th (Fri), get engrossed in the history at Arktikum and then make a trip to Lordi's Square. On the 19th (Sat), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: see exotic creatures in open habitats at a safari tour and then don't miss a visit to Santa Claus Village.

Finland's largest and most popular ski resort, the fell of Levi provides excellent slopes and lively nightlife in an enchanting setting.
Venture out of the city with trips to Lapland Hotels SnowVillage (in Kittila) and Seven Fells Up (in Akaslompolo). Spend the 20th (Sun) on two wheels at Levi Ski Resort. Next up on the itinerary: take an exotic tour of Lapland Safaris Levi and join the crowd at Icekarting Levi.
