An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
On the 20th (Sun), hit the slopes at Ounasvaaran Hiihtokeskus Oy. On the 21st (Mon), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: tour the pleasant surroundings at Napapiirin Porofarmi, then explore the fascinating underground world of Syvasenvaara Fell, and then explore the different monuments and memorials at German Soldier s Cemetery.

Brussels, Belgium to Rovaniemi is an approximately 9-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of bus and train.
