Official Hometown of Santa Claus

An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Change things up with a short trip to Ranua Zoo in Ranua (about 1 hour away). There's much more to do: find something for the whole family at SantaPark - the Home Cavern of Santa Claus, make a trip to Santa Claus Village, take an in-depth tour of Arktikum, and see Santa Claus Office.

Kick off your visit on the 25th (Sat): grab your bike and head to Levi Ski Resort. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: get a taste of the local shopping with Elan Ski Shop & Rental and then join the crowd at Icekarting Levi.
