Start off your visit on the 13th (Mon): take in the architecture and atmosphere at Helsinki Cathedral, then don't miss a visit to Saatytalo, then explore the historical opulence of Sea Fortress Suomenlinna, and finally get to know the fascinating history of The Esplanadi Park. An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
On the 15th (Wed), see the interesting displays at Christmas House Santa, see Santa Claus Office, make a trip to Santa Claus Village, then examine the collection at Santa's House of Snowmobiles, and finally don't miss a visit to Lordi's Square. On the next day, look for gifts at LAURI Handicraft Shop & Atelier, then get curious at Pilke Science Centre, and then take an in-depth tour of Arktikum.
