Official Hometown of Santa Claus

An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Kick off your visit on the 23rd (Sun): make a trip to Lordi's Square, get engrossed in the history at Arktikum, then see Santa Claus Office, and finally don't miss a visit to Santa Claus Village.

Finland's largest and most populated metropolis, the maritime town of Helsinki boasts varied architecture, a lively cafe culture, and plethora of picturesque natural delights.
Sea Fortress Suomenlinna and Helsinki Cathedral are good opportunities to explore the local culture. You'll enjoy a bit of beach vacationing at Aurinkolahti Beach and Hietaranta Beach.
