Official Hometown of Santa Claus

An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Step out of Rovaniemi with an excursion to Ranua Zoo in Ranua--about 1 hour away. The adventure continues: get in on the family fun at SantaPark - the Home Cavern of Santa Claus, take an in-depth tour of Arktikum, don't miss a visit to Santa Claus Village, and see Santa Claus Office.

Stockholm, Sweden to Rovaniemi is an approximately 6.5-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of train and bus.
