Amsterdam, The Netherlands to Rovaniemi is an approximately 8.5-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of bus and train. Due to the time zone difference, you'll lose 1 hour traveling from Amsterdam to Rovaniemi. Finland's largest and most popular ski resort, the fell of Levi provides excellent slopes and lively nightlife in an enchanting setting.
Change things up with a short trip to Lapland Hotels SnowVillage in Kittila (about 46 minutes away). Spend the 24th (Thu) on two wheels at Levi Ski Resort. There's still lots to do: join the crowd at Icekarting Levi and see exotic creatures in open habitats at Lapland Safaris Levi.
