An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Start off your visit on the 23rd (Thu): get engrossed in the history at Arktikum, then see Santa Claus Office, and then make a trip to Santa Claus Village. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: tour the pleasant surroundings at Napapiirin Porofarmi, then stop by LAURI Handicraft Shop & Atelier, and then let the kids burn off some steam at Angry Birds Park.
