Kittilä is a municipality of Finland and a popular holiday resort.It is located in northern Finland north of the Arctic Circle within the Lapland region. Venture out of the city with trips to Pallas-Yllastunturi National Park (in Muonio) and Seven Fells Up (in Akaslompolo). An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Kick off your visit on the 27th (Fri): get engrossed in the history at Arktikum, catch a live event at Lappi Areena, and then see exotic creatures in open habitats at a safari tour. On the next day, get in on the family fun at SantaPark - the Home Cavern of Santa Claus, then have fun at Santa Claus Office, and then don't miss a visit to Santa Claus Village.
