An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Start off your visit on the 4th (Fri): don't miss a visit to Santa Claus Village. Keep things going the next day: take an in-depth tour of Arktikum and then take an exotic tour of a safari tour.

Start off your visit on the 6th (Sun): get all the equipment you need at Saariselka Ski & Sport Resort and then surround yourself with nature on a nature and wildlife tour. Here are some ideas for day two: get your bearings at The Sami Cultural Centre Sajos and then examine the collection at Siida - Sami Museum and Nature Center.

Levi

Finland's largest and most popular ski resort, the fell of Levi provides excellent slopes and lively nightlife in an enchanting setting.
Change things up with a short trip to Lapland Hotels SnowVillage in Kittila (about 46 minutes away). Spend the 8th (Tue) on two wheels at Levi Ski Resort. The adventure continues: join the crowd at Icekarting Levi, get outside with Lapland Safaris Levi, and stop by Elan Ski Shop & Rental.
