An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Start off your visit on the 15th (Fri): see Santa Claus Office, take an exotic tour of a safari tour, and then take an in-depth tour of Arktikum. On the 16th (Sat), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: stroll the grounds of German Soldier s Cemetery, then tour the pleasant surroundings at Ounasvaaran Hiihtokeskus Oy, then get engrossed in the history at Rovaniemi Local History Museum, and finally stop by Your Piece Of Finland.
