Helsinki is known for historic sites, museums, and shopping. Fly from Helsinki to Levi in 3 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or do a combination of train and bus. In February, Levi is slightly colder than Helsinki - with highs of 24°F and lows of 13°F. Cap off your sightseeing on the 10th (Thu) early enough to go by car to Rovaniemi.
