Official Hometown of Santa Claus

An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
When in Rovaniemi, make a side trip to see Ranua Zoo in Ranua, approximately Ranua away. There's lots more to do: don't miss a visit to Santa Claus Village, identify plant and animal life at Napapiirin Porofarmi, engage your brain at Pilke Science Centre, and see the interesting displays at Christmas House Santa.

Finland's largest and most popular ski resort, the fell of Levi provides excellent slopes and lively nightlife in an enchanting setting.
Take a break from Levi with a short trip to Lapland Hotels SnowVillage in Kittila, about 46 minutes away. Spend the 17th (Thu) on two wheels at Levi Ski Resort.
