An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Start off your visit on the 2nd (Wed): make a trip to Lordi's Square. On the 3rd (Thu), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: pause for some serene contemplation at Rovaniemi Church, then take an in-depth tour of Arktikum, then get curious at Pilke Science Centre, and finally look for all kinds of wild species at Wildlife Areas.
