An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Kick off your visit on the 19th (Fri): take an in-depth tour of Arktikum and then make a trip to Lordi's Square. Here are some ideas for day two: revel in the low prices at Marttiini Store Old Factory, then look for all kinds of wild species at Wildlife Areas, then see Santa Claus Office, and finally don't miss a visit to Santa Claus Village.
