Official Hometown of Santa Claus

An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Bring the kids along to Ranua Zoo and SantaPark - the Home Cavern of Santa Claus. Next up on the itinerary: make a trip to Santa Claus Village, get engrossed in the history at Arktikum, pause for some serene contemplation at Rovaniemi Church, and examine the collection at Christmas House Santa.

Finland's largest and most popular ski resort, the fell of Levi provides excellent slopes and lively nightlife in an enchanting setting.
Attractions like Icekarting Levi and Levi Ski Resort make great kid-friendly stops. Change things up with a short trip to Lapland Hotels SnowVillage in Kittila (about 46 minutes away). There's still lots to do: take in the exciting artwork at LUVATTUMAA - Levi Ice Gallery, have some family-friendly fun at Kids' Land, hit the slopes at Yllas Ski Resort, and visit Inghams Mini Husky Experience.
