An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Get outdoors at Ounasvaaran Hiihtokeskus Oy and Safaris. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Photography Tours and Marttiini Store Old Factory.
