An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Start off your visit on the 14th (Sun): take an in-depth tour of Arktikum and then stop by LAURI Handicraft Shop & Atelier. On the next day, see the interesting displays at Gold Prospector Museum, tour the pleasant surroundings at Saariselka Ski & Sport Resort, and then take in the architecture and atmosphere at Saariselka S:t Paulus Chapel.
