Kotka is a city and municipality of Finland.Kotka is located on the coast of the Gulf of Finland at the mouth of Kymi River and it is part of the Kymenlaakso region in southern Finland. Start off your visit on the 16th (Fri): hike along Santalahti Nature Trail, then look for all kinds of wild species at Riverside Park, then admire the natural beauty at Sapokka Water Garden, and finally stroll through Varissaari - Fort Elisabeth. Here are some ideas for day two: examine the collection at Salpa Line Museum and then hike along Niivermaki Nature Conservation Area.
