Finland's largest and most populated metropolis, the maritime town of Helsinki boasts varied architecture, a lively cafe culture, and plethora of picturesque natural delights.
Do your shopping at Kamppi Shopping Centre and Old Market Hall. Visit Sea Fortress Suomenlinna and Temppeliaukio Church for their historical value. Finland's largest and most popular ski resort, the fell of Levi provides excellent slopes and lively nightlife in an enchanting setting.
Head to Elan Ski Shop & Rental and LUVATTUMAA - Levi Ice Galleryfor plenty of shopping. Get outdoors at Levi Ski Resort and Yllas Ski Resort. Getting from Helsinki to Levi by flight takes about 3 hours. Other options: drive; or do a combination of train and bus. Official Hometown of Santa Claus

An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
On the 23rd (Thu), get in on the family fun at Moomin Snowcastle, surround yourself with nature on Tatuka Reindeerfarm, then get engrossed in the history at Arktikum, then stop by LAURI Handicraft Shop & Atelier, and finally don't miss a visit to Lordi's Square. On your second day here, learn about wildlife with up-close encounters at Ranua Zoo, enjoy some diversion at Santa Claus Office, and then don't miss a visit to Santa Claus Village.
