An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Get outdoors at Ranua Zoo and Napapiirin Porofarmi. There's still lots to do: make a trip to Santa Claus Village, hit the slopes at Ounasvaaran Hiihtokeskus Oy, see Santa Claus Office, and find something for the whole family at SantaPark - the Home Cavern of Santa Claus.
