Oulu is a city and municipality of inhabitants in the region of Northern Ostrobothnia, Finland. Start off your visit on the 28th (Wed): enjoy the sand and surf at Nallikari Beach, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Haukipudas Church, then examine the collection at Pohjois-Pohjanmaan museo, then admire the landmark architecture of Oulu Cathedral, and finally take in the exciting artwork at Pohjoisen Valokuvakeskus.
