Finland's largest and most populated metropolis, the maritime town of Helsinki boasts varied architecture, a lively cafe culture, and plethora of picturesque natural delights.
You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Seurasaari Island and Open-Air Museum and Kansallisgalleria. Do some cultural sightseeing at Sea Fortress Suomenlinna and The Esplanadi Park. Change things up with a short trip to Nuuksio National Park in Espoo (about 46 minutes away). The adventure continues: take in the spiritual surroundings of Rock Church, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Helsinki Cathedral, shop like a local with ARTag Gallery, and view the masterpieces at Galerie Anhava.
